Betsy DeVos Asked Twitter a Question and Everybody Pulled Her with a Reaction

Betsy DeVos selection as secretary of education was an argumentative one. But regardless of all the desecration from democratic leaders and superstars, DeVos began her new job recently.

She posted an image of herself on Twitter, writing, “Day 1 on the job is done, but we’re only getting started.”

“Now where do I find the pencils?” DeVos added, with a smiley.

What was presumed to be a naïve joke has now been turned against her. People from every walk of life including retired instructors, on job professors and other attentive citizens replied to the tweet by notifying the current education secretary that teachers intermittently need to buy their ownsupplies as various school districts have insufficient resources to supply relevant provisions.

The affluent philanthropist and Republican benefactor reportedly conveyed her first public message to education department personnel on Wednesday to clear up things after the reaction she has suffered.

“The events of the last few weeks have likely raised more questions and spawned more confusion than they have brought light and clarity,” DeVos said.

“So, for starters, please know I’m a ‘door open’ type of person who listens more than speaks,” she added.

She also made effort to find wit in her awkward confirmation, stating the action was ‘kind of a bear’.

“We believe students deserve learning environments that foster innovation and curiosity, and are also free from harm,” she said earnestly a while later in her message. “I am committed to working with you to make this the case.”
